WHAT IS GC NAKSUM RETURNS POLICY?
We design our products to help you perform at peak level, so if you feel they’re not exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We give you 30 days to consider your GC purchases, confidently knowing you can return items (some exceptions apply) within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We will deliver your product within 7 – 10 Days after order.
All returned products must be unworn, unwashed with complete accessories, and have all original tags and packing intact. After 30 days, you can still return items with GC approval if the items meet the return criteria stated above or otherwise we reserve the right to reject the return.
And remember, returns are always free for GC Naksum Members—just make sure you sign in during checkout.

The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it’s been less than 30 days since your GC purchase, simply return the item. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please call us to return the item.
How do I return a GC store purchase?
